With our flower delivery service by parcel it is now possible to surprise your family or friends anywhere in France (except Corsica and French overseas departments and territories). Thanks to our partnership with Chronopost and TNT, we deliver flowers within 24 hours. In town, in the country or in the mountains, everyone can now enjoy a quality service and stunning fresh flowers and plants.

Flower box delivery: How does it work?

Nothing could be simpler than having flowers delivered anywhere in France, even in the most remote areas where there are no florists on site! At Téléfleurs we know how important it is for you to be there for your friends and family at important times in their lives. This specific collection above is available for delivery anywhere in France (metropolitan France only). The bouquets of flowers delivered by box are all created in a traditional way by a team of professional florists in our workshop.  The flowers come directly from our producer for optimal freshness. Once packaged, the flowers are inserted into a patented cardboard box that guarantees perfect security during transport. Before leaving the atelier, your box is scanned and a tracking code is automatically sent by email to follow the status of the delivery. Your flowers are delivered within 24 hours by our partners Chronopost or TNT to the address indicated with your personalised message of course!

Fresh flowers even during transport

To keep the flowers fresh during transport, the stems are placed in a small container with water. This is closed with a special lid to prevent water from spilling. This spill-proof container is a technological innovation that has been specially developed to guarantee optimal freshness of your flowers before, during and after delivery. Delivered to your home or office, no worries, your flowers stay well hydrated!

What do I do when I receive flowers delivered by courier?

All our flowers delivered by box are packaged in a recycled cardboard box. The box is specially designed to protect and hold the bouquet during transport. Open the box by lifting the 2 sides. Lift up the wedge to hold your bouquet and any small extras. Carefully remove the bouquet and take it out of the spill-proof pot. Cut the stems at an angle, add fresh water to a clean vase and voilà! Don't forget to add the sachet of cut flower flowerfood supplied with your bouquet to enjoy your flowers for longer.

Flowers delivered in bud: A more beautiful bouquet every day!

When your box is delivered, the flowers in your bouquet will still be in bud. Give it a few days and it will reveal all its splendour! Roses, alstroemeria, tulips, peonies or freesias are flowers that will grow in volume once they have been put in water and settled in the warmth of your home! Speaking of warmth, don't forget to put your flowers in a cool place at night to enjoy them longer!

When will my flowers be delivered by Chronopost or TNT?

Our partners Chronopost and TNT deliver your flowers from Monday to Friday within 24 hours. This collection of flowers in box sent from our atelier cannot be delivered on the same day or on Sundays or public holidays. Certain weather conditions, traffic restrictions or circumstances beyond our control may extend the delivery time.  Rest assured, our flowers travel with their feet in the water and even if there is a delay, your bouquet will be well hydrated.

Can I track my flower box delivery?

Yes, once your flowers have been picked up by the courier in our atelier, a tracking code will be sent to you automatically by email. This code will allow you to follow the status of your delivery directly. This is why it is important to enter a correct email address when ordering. You did not receive this tracking code?
