Note: this year due to Covid-19 measures and limitations still applicable in France, the conditions, times and delivery methods may vary from one department to another. We inform you that florists must respect some strict hygiene instructions like for example social distancing and this will affect the number of customers they can welcome in the shop as well as potential deliverie capacity and increase the delivery time or limit their assortment.
Update 9am Sunday 7th June: due to exceptional volume in flower shops, we have to stop taking orders for delivery this Sunday. Next delivery date possible is now Tuesday 9th June. Orders placed today before 9am will be delivered according to florist availability, potentially until Tuesday. Our florists will do their best to deliver today and make all Mums happy with flowers.
Due to extra business in our florists, we can not guarantee any delivery time, all flowers will be delivered withing the day. We thank you for your understanding.
* We will deliver flowers for Mother’s Day at the chosen date, in particular for Sunday 7th June, if you place your order before 10am on Saturday 6th June.
* Orders placed after 10am & until 4pm will be processed and delivered as soon as possible, either on Saturday or on Sunday. We can not garantee the unique choice of Sunday. Ordering after 10am on 6th June, you accept that your bouquet may be delivered on Saturday and not Sunday. Sunday is not guaranteed. Our florist will do his/her upmost to respect your choice but the extra business may force to postpone the delivery on Saturday instead.
* Orders placed after 9am on Sunday 7th June will be delivered as soon as possible based on remaining stock and opening hours of our florists, potentially until Tuesday and Wednesday. It means that we can not give you any guarantee on a selected day. Why Tuesday or Wednesday? many French florists are closed on Monday. If the order can not be delivered on Sunday because florists are out of stock, they will receive fresh flowers only on Tuesday during the day. This is the reason why we inform you that your order may be delivered on Tuesday or Wednesday with fresh flowers. Our florists will do their best to meet your requirements but can't promise. So you are informed before confirming your order.
Before each flower delivery, our florist will contact the recipient to ensure his/her presence. In case of absence, the florist leaves a message card inviting the person to contact the florist back to arrange a new delivery.
Our tip is to choose a "florist design bouquet" as you put all the chances on your side. Our florist will deliver a mother’s day bouquet according to his/her supply and creativity.
Our offer for Mother's Day, it is also gift boxes delivered by courier within 24hrs.
