IMPORTANT CUSTOMER INFORMATION

Due to the continuing consequences related to Covid-19 imposed by the Government, we have implemented the following changes in our website:

  • because of administrative closure for our florists, we are no longer able to offer florist delivery products, including same-day deliveries as well as funeral products 
  • we only offer box deliveries by express courier from Tuesday to Friday. Deliveries that are usually made within 24 hours may be delayed and delivered within 2 days
  • All our staff including customer service is working from home. We are experiencing an increased volume in customer messages. This can lead to delayed response times
  • Our staff working with our local grower sending all boxes has secured all processes to keep all safety instructions for themselves and our customers
  • Courier will keep distance with recipient and leave the flowers at the door or any other secured possible place, meaning no signature is possible
